Start a project
The most useful first message tells us what the business problem is, not what you think the solution should be. If you already know the solution, tell us that too – we will say if we disagree.
You will get a considered reply from someone who has read it, not an automated proposal.

Questions we are asked first
What information should I include?
What the business problem is, what exists today, roughly when you need it, and a budget range if you have one. A budget range is not a negotiating position – it tells us what shape of solution is worth proposing, and without it we are guessing.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across time zones, with agreed overlap hours for meetings and a single named contact. All work is delivered in English.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price where scope is genuinely settled, usually after a discovery phase. Time and materials, or a monthly retainer, where scope will evolve. We will recommend which fits and explain why – fixed price on an unsettled scope is how both sides end up unhappy.
How quickly can you start?
Typically two to six weeks depending on the engagement size and current capacity. Discovery work can usually begin sooner than a full build.
Will we work with the people we meet?
Yes. The people in the first conversation are the people on the project. We do not run a separate sales team.
