What we typically find

Search problems are usually structural rather than superficial. The recurring causes are indexation, architecture, content that does not match intent, and a site that is slow on the templates that matter.

  • Rankings dropped after a redesign or migration and never came back.
  • Search Console reports large numbers of discovered or crawled pages that are not indexed.
  • The site ranks for its brand name and almost nothing else.
  • Content is published regularly and none of it ranks.
  • Competitors with worse products outrank you consistently.
  • A previous agency delivered an audit that was never implemented.
  • Multiple pages compete for the same query and none of them wins.

What we do

One engagement covering the whole discipline. We do not split it into four products, because it is not four decisions.

Technical SEO

Crawlability and indexation, site architecture and internal linking, canonicalisation, redirect handling, XML sitemaps and robots directives, JavaScript rendering, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. This is where most recoverable value sits.

On-page optimisation

Page-level work against search intent: titles and descriptions, heading structure, content depth and coverage, internal linking, image optimisation, and resolving pages that compete with each other.

International SEO

Architecture for multi-language and multi-market sites: URL structure, hreflang annotation with correct bidirectional references and x-default, market-level content strategy, and avoiding the duplicate-market pages that create more problems than they solve.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile setup and optimisation, local search visibility, and location pages built only where there is genuinely distinct content and a real location behind them.

Keyword and content strategy

Research grouped by intent rather than volume, mapped to a page architecture, with a content plan that identifies which pages to create, which to improve, and which to consolidate or retire.

Implementation

We implement the fixes ourselves, or work alongside your development team with prioritised, specific, testable tickets rather than a general recommendation.

Diagram

What the crawler reaches and indexes, set against what the result page actually shows.

How we work

  1. Establish what is actually happening A full technical crawl, log file analysis where available, Search Console and analytics review, and index coverage assessment. Diagnosis before prescription.
  2. Prioritise by impact and effort Findings ordered by expected impact against implementation cost, not listed by severity. A ninety-item audit with no ordering is a way of transferring the hard decision to the client.
  3. Fix the foundations first Indexation, architecture and performance before content volume. Publishing more content onto a site that cannot be crawled properly is spending money to make the problem larger.
  4. Write for people, structure for search Content is written to answer the question a real person asked. Search structure – headings, internal links, metadata, schema – makes that answer findable. We do not write for keyword density.
  5. Measure honestly Reporting on organic sessions, qualified conversions and revenue, with visibility as a leading indicator rather than the headline. Ranking screenshots are not a result.

What you receive

  • Technical audit with prioritised, specific findings
  • Keyword and intent research mapped to a page architecture
  • Content plan: create, improve, consolidate, retire
  • Internal linking strategy
  • Structured data specification and implementation
  • Core Web Vitals assessment and remediation plan
  • Implementation tickets, or the implementation itself
  • Search Console and analytics configuration
  • Monthly reporting against agreed business metrics

Where this tends to matter most

Recovering from a migration

Diagnosing what was lost – usually redirects, canonicals or content parity – and restoring it. See migration.

Large catalogue or content sites

Where crawl efficiency, faceted navigation and duplicate handling determine how much of the site is eligible to rank at all.

Entering a new market

Setting up international architecture correctly the first time, which is dramatically cheaper than untangling it later.

Every engagement follows the same sequence, with a defined output at each stage and nothing proceeding on an assumption that has not been written down. Grow work sits inside that process rather than alongside it.

Common questions

Can you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings depend on competitors, on search engine systems that change constantly, and on factors outside any agency's control. We commit to the work, the standards and honest reporting. An agency that guarantees rankings is either misunderstanding the problem or misrepresenting it.

How long before we see results?

Technical fixes can show within weeks once recrawled. Content and authority work is typically three to six months before a clear trend, longer in competitive markets. Anyone promising faster is describing an exception, not a plan.

Do you use link building?

We do not buy links or use link networks – that is link spam under Google's policies and it puts the site at risk. We work on the things that genuinely earn links: content worth citing, digital PR where it fits, and fixing the technical issues that stop existing links from counting.

Can you work with our in-house developers?

Yes, and it is often the fastest route. We provide specific, testable tickets with acceptance criteria rather than general recommendations, and we review implementations before they ship.

Search visibility not matching the business?

Send us the domain and what you think is wrong. We will look before we quote, and tell you if the problem is not actually SEO.
